1. Order Processing
Standard Jewellery: Processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays).
Handmade/Custom Pieces: Requires 3-5 business days for production + quality checks.
Personalized Items (Engravings, etc.): 5-7 business days (you’ll receive a proof for approval).
Note: Orders placed after 2 PM CET are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Details
Signature Required: Mandatory for all orders over CHF 200/€200.
Customs & Duties:
Non-EU customers are responsible for import taxes/duties.
We declare all packages as “Jewellery – Commercial Sample” with accurate values to minimize fees.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once shipped.

Undeliverable Packages: Returned items incur a CHF 15/€10 restocking fee.
Wrong Address: Contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before shipment.
