🔧 Repair Process

1. Submit Claim: Email warranty@karitesbella.com with:

   • Proof of purchase

   • Photos/video of defect

2. Evaluation: Our jeweller assesses within 3 business days

3. Resolution:

   • Repair: 7-14 business days

   • Replacement: If irreparable (subject to stock)

   • Store Credit: If discontinued
